and Generating Leads for and on behalf of Ensure Marketing Association.
thus getting entitled for Incentives.
Life Insurance is a back-up of current income,
which is contract between insured person and insurance company
under which a sum of money is paid to him or his heirs, on the
happening of a certain event. The income of the family depends
upon the insured person In case of death of the insured person
, the income of the family also ceases and under these circumstances
the family is left in a difficult situation. Life is uncertain
and this uncertainty is the risk due to which the necessity
of some coverage against the financial loss arises. Insurance
substitutes this uncertainty by certainty.
Life Insurance has come a long way from the
earlier days when it was originally conceived as a risk-covering
medium for short periods of time, covering temporary risk situations,
such as sea voyages. As life insurance became more established,
it was realized what a useful tool it was for a number of situations,
including -
a) Temporary needs / threats
b) Regular Savings
c) Investment
d) Retirement

A person can sell/promote Insurance Policies
on behalf of an Insurance Company only when he/she becomes eligible
or qualifies to become an Insurance advisor/specified person.
How can become a Specified Person ?
1: Qualification of the applicant : minimum qualification 12th
pass.
2: Appear for Interview (candidates are selected based on simple
IRDA process)
3: Go for 50 hours mandatory training (as per IRDA Norms
4: Pass the IRDA Pre-licensing examination and become a specified
person in behalf if Corporate Company.
TERMS & CONDITION
Each business promoter is having liberty
to take membership of this overwhelming growth business. Your
personal detail will be generated by the Ensure Marketing Association
that makes you confirmed business promoter in teams of association.
All application forms must be completed in
every aspect and signed. If the form is not completed then your
membership will be activated and your incentives wouldn't be
mention till the time you furnish the left information. PAN
NO. IS MANDATORY.
All payments will be made by cheque/ DD only
By applying for business promoter you are authoring Ensure marketing
association to use your name and photo for promotion/ demonstration
what not. And you won't be able to claim for compensation for
the same you are also authorizing Ensure marketing association
to deduct TDS and other taxes (levied by state on central government)
which are to be deducted from the incentives/ bonus by under
your kind permission.
This is the preliminary duty of business
promoter to perceive the marketing plan properly through literature,
up line training program and seminars your communication & personality
to communicate people as well-as team's performance in positive
attitude and earning based on your performance which will be
given by you. This is your moral to follow rules, which are
imposed by consultant board.
No one is having prerogative to use association
name as well as logo in any condition without permission or
written consent of association, other then that business material
provided by office for business promotion. You can not represent
yourself as an employee of the Ensure marketing association
nor you can enter into any contract on behalf of the ensure
marketing association from the competent authority in ensure
marketing association.
If any member would find to be working contrary
to interest of ensure marketing association then he will be
terminated immediately from the affiliation as an associate
with the ensure marketing association if any member involves
in any anti organization activities will also be terminated
on the basis of immediate action.
Ensure marketing association is competent
and leeway at its discretion to amend the business plan, rule
and regulations, policies and procedure, terms and conditions
time to time and such changes will be adopted by the members,
strictly.
The ensure marketing association will not
be responsible for any delays, disabilities in fulfilling its
obligation provided in the scheme, in case reasons beyond its
control such as earthquake, strikes act of God, act of parliament,
law, judgment decree, order of court etc.
While signing this form it is confirmed that
all above terms & conditions will be followed by business promoter
and declaring that you are of eligible age to obtain license
and will avail 50 hours training & obtain license.
